Delivery Information
The Cadii Shop online has a few shipping methods available.
• Main towns and surrounding areas - typically delivery 2-3 Working days.
• Regional and surroundings areas - Also typically 2-5 Working days. (Once your order is placed we can advise the anticipated Delivery Date.)
All parcels will be shipped as quickly as possible. Please ensure that the correct address details, contact numbers are entered and proof of payment has been emailed, as these all improve the overall time to delivery, as they reduce processing delays.
Parcel insurance option
Upon checkout Please indicate if you require insurance, when placing the order, via the comments section, we will confirm via email, what costs may apply, before the processing the order, typically the insurance cost is around 3%.
If the insurance option is not requested, we will not include insurance for your parcel, we will not be held liable for missing or damaged parcels
All parcels are well packaged by us to prevent any normal handling damage, making it safe to send via couriers.
We are an online shop, we do not keep stock of all the products on the site.
There are deadlines for the overnight service offered, correct address details, contact numbers and proof of payment all ensure that we can meet these deadlines..
Allow 1 - 2 days at least for overnight delivery reaching you, this service is not guaranteed.
Most of our orders are completed in the morning by next working day where all current orders are shipped. This allows for picking and packaging, as well as labelling and making sure the order is complete to ship.
All orders will be shipped by the next working day.
Please make use of free shipping options if available and selectable.
Please note when selecting the free shipping option, you still have a choice for selecting shipping insurance which is not included in the free shipping option.
Free shipping option has limited parcel weight, heavy items over 5KG or volumetrically large items will not have this option.
We reserve the right to limit items to be sent using free shipping option.
Using the free shipping option, your parcel will be sent via The Cadii Shop's most economical courier option, usual delivery time of around 5 days.
In some cases we will consider using to door delivery couriers (Not PO Boxes), 1 to 3 day delivery time.
Tracking details will be appended to your order status and can be tracked within your account, you will receive email updates as these are added, and you can reply on these emails as well, should further information be required.
